Good Friday Prayer - At the Cross

Suffering Savior,

Today I come to the cross with a heavy heart, contemplating the price You paid for my sins. Thank You for enduring the pain, the humiliation, and the separation from the Father—all for me. Your love is beyond comprehension.

Help me to grasp the depth of Your sacrifice. May I never take Your grace for granted. Forgive me for the times I've contributed to Your suffering through my sin. Help me to live a life worthy of the cross.

"He himself bore our sins in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness." - 1 Peter 2:24
